COMMENDABLE BENEVOLENCE: OSUN YOUTH COMMISSIONER, HON. OLAGUNJU MOSHOOD OLALEKAN SURPRISES COMMERCIAL DRIVER WITH SWIFT INTERVENTION.
In a display of empathy and civic responsibility, the Osun State Commissioner for Youth Affairs, Hon. Olagunju Moshood Olalekan, extended a generous hand to a distressed bus driver by procuring a brand-new battery charger for his faulty vehicle.

Eyewitnesses recount that the commissioner, upon noticing the driver laboriously pushing his bus along the roadside, alighted from his official vehicle to inquire about the predicament. Upon learning that the malfunction stemmed from a depleted battery, Hon. Olagunju promptly facilitated the purchase of a new battery charger for the stranded driver.

The driver, identified as Olaide Michael Akinola from Olorunda Local Government, Osun State, was visibly astonished by the unsolicited act of goodwill. He expressed profound gratitude, stating, “I’ve only heard tales of politicians assisting strangers, I never imagined I would personally experience such. It’s remarkable. I now believe good-hearted public servants still exist.”

He further offered fervent prayers for the Honourable Commissioner and Osun State’s Governor, Senator Dr. Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke, lauding their commitment to transformative governance and infrastructural advancement across the state.

In a further expression of loyalty, Akinola pledged his support for the Second Term of Governor Adeleke, applauding his administration’s relentless pursuit of progress. He also declared his intention to renounce his affiliation with the All Progressives Congress (APC) and align with the People's Democratic Party (PDP), citing the latter’s tangible impact on the welfare of Osun citizens.
