The Honourable Commissioner for Youth Affairs in Osun State, Hon. Olagunju Moshood Olalekan, has extended warm greetings to the vibrant and industrious youth of the state especially Imole Youth Corps beneficiaries as they step into a new month filled with opportunities and renewed aspirations.
In a heartfelt message released from his office, Hon. Olagunju commended the resilience, creativity,
and unwavering commitment of Osun youths including Imole Youth Corps beneficiaries towards the development of the state. He acknowledged their significant contributions in various sectors, including entrepreneurship, technology, education, and agriculture, emphasizing that they remain the backbone of the state’s progress.
“As we begin this new month, I want to encourage the youth in Osun State to remain steadfast in their pursuit of excellence. Your dedication and hard work continue to drive the socio-economic development of our State. The government of His Excellency, Governor Ademola Adeleke, remains committed to implementing policies that will empower and support the youth,”
Furthermore, Hon. Olagunju assured the youth that the Ministry of Youth Affairs will continue to roll out initiatives aim at skill acquisition, job creation, and leadership development. He called on young people to embrace these opportunities, stay united, and contribute positively to the growth of Osun State.
“As a government, we are working tirelessly to create an enabling environment where youth can thrive and achieve their dreams. Let us remain focused, disciplined, and innovative as we work towards building a prosperous future for ourselves and generations to come,” he added.
Also, he urged the youth to remain law-abiding, engage in productive activities, and support government programs designed to improve their lives. He concluded his message by praying for a month filled with blessings, success, and progress for all.
