The Federal Ministry of Youth Development has concluded arrangements to organize the National Youth in Agriculture Training Programme for Unemployed Youth
The program is for both males and females between the ages of 15-29
A) Skills areas include:
1. Fish Farming/Preservation
2. Cassava Processing and Value Addition
3. Bee rearing and honey.
B) Entrepreneurial Skills (Compulsory for all)
C) Civic and leadership studies (Compulsory for all)
Please note that the program is *NOT AN EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMME,* but the ministry is responsible for *ACCOMMODATION, FEEDING, AND TRANSPORTATION ONLY* for all nominated participants during the period of the program.
The program is scheduled as shown below:
Venue: National Youth Development Centre, Odeomu, Osun State.
Date: Tuesday 5th—15th Friday November 2024
